Starting at 15:01 CEST (13:01 UTC) on 05.09.2024 connection to our CSPLs and PKI intermittently being lost due to a problem at the hosting data center, causing a wide-spread outage that affected customer requests across SIGN DE, leading to high latency and timeouts.
