This only affects TEST-resources.
Some TEST-TSS instances are moving into secure state during initialization and transaction log signing.

TEST-CSP operational again
The affected CSP is up and running again. Our logging shows that most of the affected TEST-TSS were able to leave the secure state. There is still a small number of TEST-TSS in secure state. We are currently analyzing those TSS instances.
