We changed the SMAERS VM virtual machine configuration. This change has led to reduced load on the SMAERS gateways.

We're in direct contact with most affected customers. This issue is affecting a rather small subset of instances. A potential fix is expected to be deployed soon.
A (currently rather small) subset of our TSS instances seem to be affected by problems.
Those problems seem to fall into the following categories:
- Timeouts
- 502 HTTP errors
- 504 HTTP errors
We are investigating these problems.
