Starting at 17:42 CET on 18.12.2022 connection to our CSPLs is intermittently being lost due to scheduled maintenance at the hosting data center, causing a partial outage that affected customer requests across SIGN DE, leading to high latency and timeouts.

Incident Update

Stable connection was restored by 18:07 CET, allowing system to return to normal operation. The root cause was a temporary malfunction while switching out core routers within the CSPLs' data center.
