On 19.09.2024 from 13:44 CEST (11:44 UTC) to 13:50 CEST (11:59 UTC), connection to our CSPLs was intermittently interrupted causing a wide-spread outage, high latency and timeouts which affected requests across SIGN DE.
The connection was automatically restored at 13:50 CEST (11:50 UTC). The team is still monitoring the system and performing any necessary recovery steps.
