The disruption affecting the TEST environment of SIGN ES has been resolved. The service is now fully operational and authentication and API requests should be working as expected.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting the TEST environment of SIGN ES. Authentication and all subsequent API requests are returning a 502 Bad Gateway error. The LIVE environment is not affected and continues to operate normally.

We are actively working on a resolution and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
