Due to the update of the certified TSSs used in SIGN DE v2 to version 1.0.15–1.5.0, part of the TSSs will experience temporary unavailability during the scheduled maintenance window.
The maintenance window is set for Sunday, 02.11.2025, from 08:00 CET (07:00 UTC) to 21:00 CET (20:00 UTC).
On the next day, the 03.11.2025, higher latency on some API requests is expected.

Please note: If the SIGN DE v2 API malfunctions or is unreachable, tills must remain operational. Make sure that your integration does not block the checkout process.
