Restart of Management API Production Database Nov 23, 2025 11:15-11:45 CET

On Sunday, 23.11.2025 from 11:15 CET (10:15 UTC) to 11:45 CET (10:45 UTC), we will perform a planned restart of the Management API Production Database to enable operation improvements and additional functionalities for fiskaly SAFE.
This maintenance is necessary in order to further enhance system stability and performance.
During this short maintenance window, some services may experience temporary unavailability or limited functionality, including:
Management API: Limited access (creation of organizations and users will be temporarily deactivated)
DSFINVK DE: Possible brief interruptions in data processing
SIGN DE v1 and fiskaly Dashboard: Short service disruptions

An update will be added once the maintenance has been completed.

Resolved - We experienced an internal issue that temporarily affected all transmissions through SIGN IT.

The disruption occurred on 07.11.2025, between 11:00 CET (10:00 UTC) and 13:00 CET (12:00 UTC). The issue has been identified and is currently under investigation. Services are now fully operational again.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

On the next day, the 03.11.2025, higher latency on some API requests is expected.

Please note: If the SIGN DE v2 API malfunctions or is unreachable, tills must remain operational. Make sure that your integration does not block the checkout process.
