Thursday, 5.11.2026, 00:00 – 04:00 CET (Wednesday, 4.11.2026, 23:00 UTC – Thursday, 5.11.2026, 03:00 UTC)

A short downtime is expected. Please ensure your systems can handle intermittent 5XX errors during this window.

This is an urgently required measure to improve performance, hence the short notice.

SIGN IT – AdE submissions timing out
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. SIGN IT API response times have returned to normal following a period of close monitoring.

Update - After a temporary outage, the Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) "Fatture e Corrispettivi" web portal is operational again. Receipt transmissions from SIGN IT have returned to normal levels.

Update - After a brief recovery, the Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) "Fatture e Corrispettivi" web portal has been unavailable again since 14:46 CET (13:46 UTC). Almost all receipt transmissions from SIGN IT are currently returning an HTTP 503 error.

Monitoring - Today, 02.11.2026, between 13:35 CET (12:35 UTC) and 14:17 CET (13:17 UTC), the Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) "Fatture e Corrispettivi" web portal experienced degraded performance, causing receipt transmissions from SIGN IT to time out. Affected requests returned a Submission error or an Authentication error. The service has been operating normally since.

Receipts that failed with a Submission error may still have been received by the AdE. To avoid duplicates, please check on the AdE portal whether they were registered before resubmitting them. Requests that failed with an Authentication error can be safely retried. For more details, please refer to our Error Handling Guide.

During this time, the E-INVOICE IT service may be affected: invoice transmission and related functions may be delayed.

Monitoring - On Tuesday, 27.10.2026, between 18:17 CET (17:17 UTC) and 22:56 CET (21:56 UTC), SIGN IT experienced increased response times in the LIVE environment. During this period, some requests may have taken longer than usual to complete.

The issue was caused by increased load on the platform. Response times are now back to normal, and no action is required on your side.

Monitoring - From approximately 10:00 CEST (08:00 UTC) on Saturday, 24.10.2026, until 16:16 CET (15:16 UTC) on Sunday, 25.10.2026, SIGN IT experienced degraded API response latencies on the LIVE environment.

The issue was caused by increased load on the platform. Our team deployed a fix, and API response times are now back to normal. We continue to monitor the service closely and are working on further improvements to the platform's stability.

SIGN IT – Italian AdE Web Portal temporarily unavailable
Resolved - Today, 23.10.2026, the AdE portal intermittently returned authentication errors between 14:02 and 14:26 CEST (12:02–12:26 UTC). As a result, some receipts submitted during this period failed and were not transmitted to the "Fatture e Corrispettivi" web portal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

You may resend the affected records using a new idempotency key. For more details on handling errors, please refer to our FAQ.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting the TEST environment of SIGN ES. Authentication and all subsequent API requests are returning a 502 Bad Gateway error. The LIVE environment is not affected and continues to operate normally.

Unified API - Partial outage (LIVE environment)
Resolved - On 19.10.2026, between 14:43 and 14:51 CEST (12:43–12:51 UTC), the LIVE environment of the Unified API was partially unavailable for SIGN IT, SIGN FR and SIGN PT due to an issue on our side. During this window, some requests returned HTTP 500, 502 or 409, or timed out on the client side.

The service has been fully operational since then. We are closely monitoring the system and working on measures to prevent a recurrence.

Some requests were processed successfully despite the error response. If your system recorded errors in this timeframe, please check whether the corresponding records already exist before resubmitting them, to avoid duplicates.
