At 11:21 CEST the SIGN DE middleware service showed extremely high CPU and memory consumption and was unresponsive. As a result, many requests to the SIGN DE system were running into timeouts. The service was restarted at 11:28 CEST, and normal operation resumed. The team is monitoring the situation to prevent a recurrence.
