CSPL connection interruption

At 13:21 CET on 30.11.2022 connection to our CSPLs was lost, causing a complete inability to service customer requests across SIGN DE. Connection was automatically restored at 13:36, allowing the system to resume normal function. We are investigating the causes of the incident and monitoring affected resources.

Incident Update

The root cause was a temporary malfunction on a core router within the CSPL's data center. In order to avoid a recurrence of the malfunction, a replacement of the core routers is planned for the weekend of 10.12.2022.
